Managing Stress |
|
The state of overwhelming stress and its growing adverse effects in our lives is largely due to our imprudent way of living. This amounts to several factors combined such as our growing materialistic competitive comparison, often lacking a clear vision of our success, being unclear about what we truly seek in our lives, unhappy with our work, and overlooking in our lives a regular physical workout and recreational activity.
Our Program, drawn on our timeless teachings and personal experience, emphasizes having a clear vision of what we seek in life, discovering a work of our passion, or finding ways to loving what we presently work, and developing a positive attitude of self-accountability to the challenges before us.
Our program, through several real life examples such as Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln and Nelson Mandela, endeavors to demonstrate that it is not the magnitude of the challenge on our hand, or the so-called high demands of our daily life that we normally believe to be the cause of the mounting negative stress in our lives, but its is our overall immature perception to our life - towards our undertakings, means employed to meet them, and what we call the success.
