Meditation - Power of Inner Silence
5 Points, You Must Know
|
|
1. Meditation is a way to experiencing our natural state of inner silence beyond all pressing demands and desires of our daily life.
2. The longer we experience this state of inner silence, the further we discover our true identity, awakening countless possibilities of our lives.
3. Those who practice meditation regularly find themselves growing evermore in their focus, positive attitude, and tolerant to their personal hurts, pains and disagreements with others.
4. The highest benefit of meditation that I personally enjoy in my life is growing self-composed, and at times, receiving from within a cautionary signal when I am about to commit a major error.
5. Whenever mentally restless or indecisive at a given moment, sit silently for few minutes alone, holding your focus at the point between your closed eyes. Then do what you may think right; you will seldom go wrong. I say this out of my personal experience.

"Yogi" Parekh declares...
"The earlier we introduce to colleges and workplaces the ways and benefits of practicing meditation, the earlier shall we see the leaders at corporate and national levels with a greater sense of self -accountability, character and values,"
