Rethinking Retirement & Finding Purpose |
|
Though the retired period of life brings freedom from several day-to-day commitments and instances of tensions such as business related meetings, commutes and travels, and pressures of meeting deadlines and work-politics, it equally brings, like every other period of our life, its own challenges.
These challenges are found, at times, far more difficult and unexpected than before. They are, for example, experiencing a sense of boredom, loneliness, meaninglessness of life, and difficulty managing the mental attitude growing negative.
Our Five-Tip Program, designed to help our participants to celebrate their golden period of life to its fullest through showing them the need, more than ever before, of having a good health, alert mind, happy moods all the time and having a purpose to looking forward to welcoming every tomorrow.
We encourage them finding a purpose and integrating in their daily life a simple practice of yoga and meditation to help alter their perception to hurts, pains and uncertainties of life. We remind them that upholding their faith in themselves is important of all, by power of which they can recover any other loss in their lives.
